The educational framework for this training was created by Dr. Meg Moore, founder of The Reform Method. Dr. Moore’s background in movement education and anatomy informs an approach that blends classical Pilates foundations with contemporary movement principles.
Her work emphasizes precision, safety, intelligent sequencing, and a deeper understanding of the body in motion. This framework supports instructors in teaching with intention and confidence, while prioritizing sustainable movement practices for a wide range of bodies.

While the curriculum is rooted in The Reform Method framework, the in-studio training experience is led by experienced Briq Haus instructors who bring real-world teaching insight, hands-on guidance, and personalized mentorship into the learning process.
Dr. Meg Moore will be in-studio on the first day of training to lead the Anatomy portion, establishing a strong educational foundation. Briq Haus instructors will lead the remaining in-person training days, guiding trainees through movement, practice teaching, and applied instruction.
