Michael H.

Michael is a dedicated Pilates Instructor that is always striving to learn more in the realm of fitness to benefit his class and himself. He's a hands-on teacher, who carefully makes corrections and gives visual cues to improve form and to help clients gain a deeper understanding of fundamental movement, control, and body awareness. He directly points out what anatomical part of the body is being focused on or engaged, and likes to create a relaxed, but physically intense atmosphere while teaching. He strives to give a dynamic, yet fundamentally simple workout, that puts clients into different planes of movement and balances out the body.

Michael enjoys and encourages his clients to express themselves and share how they're feeling during the class, often asking the class as a whole or individuals where they're feeling the movement most in their bodies. There's movement patterns that we all share, but our bodies compensate and are structured in different ways, so Michael does his best to provide a personalized experience, within his class.

Lauren’s teaching style can be described as technical and supportive. She also prides herself on having great playlists. Hi, I’m Debora! I’m from Brazil, where I studied Physical Education and earned my Master’s degree in Health Science. I’ve always been passionate about health and movement, which led me to teach Pilates in Brazil for several years.

Now living in the U.S., I’m continuing my journey with Pilates and expanding my training. My teaching style is calm and controlled, with just the right amount of challenge. I’m excited to be restarting my Pilates path here and to share my love for mindful movement with others.
