Class Offerings

  • Our signature class and the foundation of Briq Haus. Briq’d embodies the essence of Pilates: precise, mindful, and deeply connected. Every sequence is designed to elongate, stregthen, and refind the body through intentional, core-driven movement.

    With an emphasis on form and flow, this class blends classical Pilates principles with modern sequencing to create a sculpting experience that challenges both body and mind.

    Open to all levels, though most rewarding for those with some reformer experience and developed mind-body connection. Expect a grounded, purposeful workout that leaves you centered, lengthened, and re-energized.

    Hot Studio (Mat) | Reformer Studio

  • Foundations focuses on building strength, awareness, and confidence through deliberate, guided movement. Designed for those new to Pilates or returning to the practice.

    You’ll learn the fundamentals of Pilates technique, including breath, alignment, and control, while developing a deeper understanding of how each movement connects to the core. With personalized attention and a supportive pace, this class helps you establish the foundation for a safe, mindful, and effective Pilates practice.

    Perfect for first-timers or anyone looking to refine their form and reconnect with the basics.

    Hot Studio (Mat) | Reformer Studio

  • High intensity, low impact class that builds strength through rhythm, control, and flow. Expect dynamic, full body sequences that challenge endurance and deepen core connection while maintaining the precision of Pilates.

    This class moves at a quicker pace and may incorporate props or the jump-board for added variation and power. Every sequence is designed to energize the body, strengthen the mind, and refine movement with purpose.

    Open level, though best suited for those with prior reformer experience and a strong mind body connection.

    Reformer Studio

  • A restorative class designed to bring balance back to the body through slow, intentional movement and deep release. Using props and guided mobility work, you’ll unwind tension, increase flexibility and reset the nervous system.

    Each sequence focuses on mindful connection and recovery, allowing space for stillness, alignment, and renewal.

    Perfect for all levels and a thoughtful complement to your regular Pilates practice.

    Hot Studio | Reformer Studio

  • Low impact and full- body workout. This class will strengthen larger muscle groups, as well as improve mobility and enhance posture. We will utilize multiple props such as hand and ankle weights, glute bands, and blocks. Expect to be consistently moving and sweating, while enjoying great music.

    Hot Studio

  • A high-intensity, low-impact reformer class that brings the heart-pumping benefits of cardio into the precision of Pilates. Using the jump-board, you’ll move through dynamic, full-body sequences that build strength, endurance, and control without added strain on the joints.

    Each movement is designed to enhance stability, coordination, and core connection while maintaing the integrity of classical Pilates form. Expect an energizing flow that challenges your body and sharpens your focus through mindful power and rhythm.

    This class is open to experienced clients and require completion of at least five (5) Reformer classes at Briq Haus.
