A structured, small-group journey rooted in the principles of Pilates: control, alignment, breath, and consistency while integrating the dynamic intensity of heated Sculpt. The Briq by Briq Cohort is a 6-week immersive experience led by two instructors: one guiding you through refined, technique-driven Pilates on the reformer, the other through precision-based Sculpt in the heated studio. Paired with the Briq Haus “Soft” Challenge, the cohort emphasizes daily movement, mindful practices, and personal accountability. This is your invitation to refine movement, build consistency, and show up for yourself, Briq by Briq.

What To Expect

Over six weeks, you’ll practice twice per week in a dual- format structure.

  • 30 minutes on the reformer

  • 30 mins in our Infrared Heated Studio

Led by Evan and Jezette. Limited to 10 members.

Each week builds on the last, helping you stay accountable, move with intention, and meet your goals, Briq by Briq.

  • 12 dual-format sessions (6 weeks, 2x/week)

  • 1:1 Consult with instructors to set intention for challenge

  • Cohort size capped at 10 Members

  • Briq Haus “Soft” Challenge Guidelines (see below)

  • Exclusive Briq by Briq crewneck

  • Accountability journal

Whats Included

The Briq Haus “Soft” Daily Practice

A challenge that feels doable and sustainable.

Daily guidelines throughout the 6 weeks:

  • Mindful Eating: Focus on whole foods, limited sugar, NO fast food or alcohol.

  • Daily Movement: Minimum of 45 minutes per day(yes, your classes count)

  • Hydration: 1 liter of water each day

  • Reflection: 1 affirming journal entry per day

  • Accountability: 2 progress photos per week (on cohort days)
